When you book an express deal, you are booking the hotel without knowing anything other than the star rating and general location until it is paid for. You could do some investigating by checking out the hotels in the area based on their star rating to make sure you are comfortable in any of the options that Priceline may set you up with. You can get a great deal using this service. You can also do Priceline’s “Name Your Price,” where you make a low bid and possibly save even more.

Much of our family will be staying at this hotel. Josephine is a great restaurant on the premises, along with Seaworthy, which we recommend in the Things To Do section of the website. In addition to these two spots, there is a rooftop bar and pool, lobby bar and music venue. Its lux sister spot is across the street and called Maison de la Luz, with Bar Marilou on the ground floor.

We have a block here at a locked rate of $149 for double occupancy. Use the discount code provided or just click the link, and it should already be entered for you. This rate will be guaranteed for our guests through Jan. 13th. This is a 14 minute walk from the venue and a 6 minute walk from Ace. Please note that this hotel is undergoing renovations and changing over to Kimpton, so there may be some construction during this time. I was told all of the rooms in the main building will be ready January, the lobby and cafe in early February and the official name change will be March 1st. The building next door will be under renovation. The representative at the hotel said our guests should not be impacted by the construction as they are in the last phase and all is on schedule.
