Are Children Welcomed?

Answer

Although we love your children, this is an adult only affair. We encourage you to make this a date night and dance the night away with us!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We hope everyone uses our wedding as an excuse to get dressed up for the night. We ask everyone come in formal attire. This might include a traditional suit or an elegant dress, cocktail dress or dressy pant suit. We look forward to seeing you all for a beautiful night of celebration!

Will the Wedding be Inside or Outside?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be held at an outdoor venue. Consider bringing a light sweater.

Can We Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone keep their phones off during the ceremony. We want our special day to be without distractions and our guests to live in the moment - Don't worry, our photographers are great at capturing our special moments and we promise to share with you. However, during the reception, take as many pictures as you'd like and if you share to social media please be sure to use hashtag #HappilyEverArima We cannot wait to see all the fun photos! Snap away!!

Am I Allowed to Bring a Date or Guest?

Answer

Unless your invite listed "and guest" or additional names, please do not bring additional guests. We have a limited amount of space reserved for our closest family and friends. We appreciate everyone’s understanding.

Where Should I Park?

Answer

Parking attendants will direct you to the self-parking lot at our venue. If you find the need to Uber to your hotel after the wedding, you are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot until 11:00am on Sunday. Please be safe. We love you all!

What is your Covid-19 Policy?

Answer

We will not be requiring masks or enforcing social distancing at the outdoor venue. However, we will be providing hand sanitizer and masks for those who wish to use them. Please do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. For those that feel safer at home, we are providing a live stream of the ceremony so that you can still be a part of our special day. If you are sick, are getting over something or feeling like you are coming down with something.... stay home and join us on livestream. We love you for considering our other family members and playing it safe.
