Shuttle

Wedding Day Shuttle

October 29, 2022 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Shuttles will pick-up outside the basketball court at 279 Schermerhorn Street at 2:15pm and 2:30pm to take guests from the hotels to Queen of All Saints Church, where the Wedding Liturgy will take place. Shuttles will pick-up at the church at 4:15pm and 4:30pm and drop-off at Brooklyn Grange at Sunset Park by 5:00pm. Shuttles will begin picking-up at Brooklyn Grange to return to hotels at 8:30pm, 9:30pm, and 10:00pm. These times are subject to change as the wedding weekend nears, so be sure to check back here in October!

Parking

There are two parking garages on the same block as all the hotels. Parking Brooklyn is located across the street from The Ace at 301-273 Schermerhorn St, Brooklyn, NY 11217 and LAZ Parking is located below the EVEN Hotel, at 309 Schermerhorn St, Brooklyn, NY 11217. There are lots of other parking garages on adjacent blocks, and even some free street parking if you look hard enough and are okay having to walk a bit farther.

LaGuardia is a 25-minute cab ride from our hotel blocks.

John F. Kennedy International Airport

JFK is about a 30-minute cab ride from our hotel blocks.

Amtrak

Coming from Boston, RI, or CT? Consider leaving the car at home and hopping on a Northeast Regional or Acela train. Both trains arrive at Penn Station with easy access to the C train at 34th St.--Penn Station. Ride the subway into Brooklyn to the Hoyt--Schermerhorn Streets stop, about 20 minutes, and the hotels are a one minute walk away.

Coming from Long Island? Hop on the Long Island Railroad! With plenty of parking at Deer Park, that's an easy place to hop on the Ronkonkoma Branch. Transfer to the Hempstead Branch at Jamaica and then hop off at Atlantic Terminal. The hotels are an 8-minute walk from Atlantic Terminal.

If you need to get around on Friday or Sunday and don't have a car with you, take the subway! The hotel blocks are served by the A, C, 2, 3, and G trains.

Miss the shuttle? Hail a cab--look for cabs where the numbers on the sign on the roof of the car are lit. If the sign's lights are off, the cab is full. Or request an Uber or Lyft directly to your location.
