When should I RSVP by?

It wouldn't be the same without you! Kindly RSVP by July 15, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! The dress code is formal attire. If you're unsure, for women we recommend long or midi dresses. For men, a suit or dress shirt and tie.

Are kids or plus ones welcome?

Answer

We love your families and friends, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. Please check your RSVP to see if a guest or children are included. We appreciate your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This allows time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before our ceremony starts. We’ll be starting right on time!

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a little break between the ceremony and reception, so feel free to take some time to relax and enjoy the day! You can head back to your hotel to freshen up and unpack, explore the area a bit, shop at some of the boutiques, or stop by The Fields Resort & Spa to grab a drink with friends. If the weather’s nice, it’s also a great opportunity to take some pictures outside. There are plenty of beautiful photo spots nearby in Skaneateles!

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We’ll be providing a shuttle between The Fields Resort & Spa and The Lodge, our reception venue. Details and pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding date. If you’re driving, plenty of parking is available at Northside Church and The Lodge. We also recommend using Uber/Lyft services.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP. The Lodge is happy to accommodate requests so you can relax and enjoy the night.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ve reserved room blocks at The Fields Resort & Spa, two minutes from our reception at The Lodge, for your convenience. You can find booking details and links under our Travel page. Be sure to book by July 15th to get the special rate!
