Please RSVP by Friday, September 26, 2025. If your party fails to RSVP by this date, we will not be able to accommodate your party, as a final head count needs to be given to vendors ahead of time. Please note that each hotel has a different deadline for booking rooms within our reserved block, which falls before the RSVP deadline. We recommend reviewing the details on the travel page and booking early to ensure availability.
The ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm, please arrive between 2:00-2:15 pm to have ample time to park and make it to the ceremony area so we can start promptly.
The dress code is semi-formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please refrain from wearing white/off-whites as this is reserved for the bride. The ceremony is on a grassy area so please wear shoes that will be comfortable.
A cash bar will be available during the cocktail hour and reception. Shots and hard seltzers will not be available. In compliance with the venue's liquor license, no outside alcohol is allowed. We ask that everyone drink responsibly. Please plan ahead and make any necessary arrangements for a safe ride home after the celebration. The bartenders reserve the right to deny alcohol to anyone who appears to be intoxicated and who fail to act responsibly, which may result in removal from the premises.

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are limited to the guests listed on the invitation. If you are allowed an additional guest, you will be able to fill out their information when you RSVP.
As much as we love your children, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone's children. The only children in attendance will be the ring bearer and the flower girl. We hope you can make arrangements and celebrate with us on our special day.
The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, the cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio, and the reception will be indoors with the freedom to go outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, all events will be held indoors in the reception area.
Rest assured, we have hired a photographer and videographer who will be there to capture the special moments on our big day. We would love for all of our guests to be fully present with us during this momentous occasion. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from using cell phones and cameras throughout the ceremony.
There is plenty of free parking available. There is a main lot where the entrance to the ceremony is and an additional lot across the street for overflow.
Smoking is allowed only on the outside patio and grassy areas. Please refrain from smoking and vaping within the venue.
