FAQs

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding in person, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No", so we can plan accordingly. Our fantastic videographer will have a Zoom livestream set up for the duration ceremony if you would still like to be a part of our celebration virtually! We will have a link posted as soon as possible for the livestream portion.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2025 so we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and vendors. If you do not RSVP by this date or submit late, we unfortunately will not be able to have you in attendance.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and funds, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited to our wedding. If you have a +1 then your invitation will state "(Your Name) & Guest".

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, unless specified on our invitations, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!

Question

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will be held outside, then we will move to an indoor area for the reception.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us. We would request cocktail attire and for the ladies, please, no white! When in doubt, please reach out to the bride or groom for clarification!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 3:30 PM. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4 PM you will not be able to be seated for the ceremony.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present during this special moment, we are having an "unplugged ceremony," which means please no phones and/or cameras. We have an amazing photographer to capture this moment for us and we would be upset for any well intentioned guests' phone to block their view. During the reception please feel free to take photos!
