Jenn and Matt first officially met each other backstage at a show in Long Island in December of 2012. They remained acquaintances for a while, never really getting a chance to know each other. In summer of 2014, they started hanging out a lot more with their mutual friends. One night in August, the two drove around in Matt's car for a few hours, talking about their lives and really getting to know each other. After that night, they hung out more and more and went on a few dates. Matt officially asked Jenn to be his girlfriend on October 26, 2014 and they've been making memories ever since!

On July 18, 2020, Matt and Jenn planned a day trip to Pindar Vineyards with 6 of their close friends. It was one of the hottest days of the year. After several wine tastings, (Summer Blush was our fave) everyone decided to walk into the vineyard's rows to take a few photos together. When it was their turn, Matt turned to Jenn and told her how much he loved her, and Jenn actually said, "Wow, it sounds like you're about to propose to me!" Matt then pulled out the ring box from his back pocket and got down on one knee. After a few tears, and some laughs, Jenn made the easiest decision by saying yes!
