Unfortunately the room block is fully booked however you can still book at room at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook. Please CALL to reserve a room at: 631-941-2980 All booking through the site or general phone number will require a minimum of 2 nights but if you call the above number directly you can book for 1 night with our direct hotel contact. You will still be able to take the arranged shuttle service to/from the reception and join us at the hotel bar for an after party. Please reach out to Liz or Phil if you are having any difficulties booking a room. Shuttle Service will be provided to and from the hotel to the reception
