A great family friendly beach with some popular food options: The Co Op, Hometeam, Mex 1, and Poe's Tavern. Another one of our favorite restaurants, Obstinate Daughter, is located on Sullivans and I highly recommend trying it for dinner or brunch.
A more laid back beach, this is great for those that like to have lots of options when they walk off the beach! There is always live music on the weekends and something for everyone. Loggerheads is a Kelley favorite for frozen drinks and Chico Feo is our favorite hidden gem for tacos and cold beer.
A wonderful family friendly aquarium with beautiful views of Charleston Harbor and the Yorktown. They have a turtle exhibit of all rescued turtles as well as touch tanks.
A must see area for first time visitors of Charleston. Right at the end of the Battery and near waterfront park and the Pineapple fountain, I encourage you to take some time to walk around historic downtown Charleston.
