Question

When are RSVP's due?

Answer

August 20th! We have a very early confirmation date with our venue and need to receive all RSVP's by August 20th. You may mail your RSVP card back using the provided envelope and postage or do it right here on our website via the "RSVP" tab!

What is the attire for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Creative Black Tie: A trendy interpretation of formal wear. You may wear floor length dresses, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks or a traditional suit and tie.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. To allow time to park and enter the venue.

Do you have any hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab of our website.

Question

Are there any additional parking details I should know?

Answer

Yes! If you plan to drive to the wedding instead of ride sharing, you will have two options. There is valet parking available for $10 or you may park yourself. The self parking indicates $5, however when you reach the attendant, let them know you are here for a wedding and the parking fee will be waived.

Is there an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

We do not have an open bar at the wedding. We have decided to provide each guest with two complimentary drinks of their choice and champagne for toasting. After that, the bar is cash.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Let us know when you RSVP! There is a space at the bottom to indicate what your dietary needs are & we will do our best to accommodate you and make you as comfortable as possible throughout the night.

Is the reception in a different location than the ceremony?

Answer

Nope! We wanted to keep things as simple as possible by keeping everything in one area. The Ceremony will be held in the main Courtyard, the cocktail hour is just a few steps away in the Social Hall and the Reception is just upstairs in the Theatre.

Answer

Most Definitely! It is located just a few steps away from the Ceremony in the Social Hall.

Is the airport close to the hotel blocks and venue?

Answer

Yes! On average the drive time between Downtown Tampa and the Airport is 10-15 Minutes

Can I bring my children?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend.

Can I bring a Plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the size of our venue, we were unable to extend all of our guests with a plus one. Please see your RSVP.

Will there be hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour?

Answer

Most definitely! We have selected several items that represent us as individuals, a couple and our favorite things!

Would you like us to tell you if we use a hotel block or book a hotel for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know where you will be staying :)

What will the weather be like that time of year?

Answer

Well, it's Florida. So you never really know! We are hoping it stays true to Fall weather and is semi warm with low to no humidity and a light breeze. (We can dream)

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please help us share and capture our day. All we ask, is that you are discreet and respectful during our ceremony and remain aware of our videographer and photographers as they are taking photos. We do have a hashtag and want you to use it! it is #CrazyInLupco (Get it? Like, Crazy In Love)

Is there assigned seats and a seating chart?

Answer

Yes there is! There will be a seating chart at the entry of the reception and a name card at each seat :)

What are some unique ways to navigate Downtown?

Answer

Here in Downtown Tampa, we have a couple fun and unique options aside from the traditional Taxi or Uber App. 1. The Downtowner: https://ridedowntowner.com/ If you are within the Tampa Downtown District (All venues and hotel blocks are) you can download the Downtowner App for free ride share services. The Downtowner is essentially an Uber within our boundaries. Note: During high traffic times, the wait can be long. Be sure to check the ride wait ahead of time-it will populate the wait time before you hit request. 2. Coast Bike Share: http://coastbikeshare.com/ 3. Scooters: There are currently FOUR scooter companies in our area. Lime, Bird, Jump and Spin. You can find the apps for each of these in the app store. Free to download and typically your first ride is free!

Will the wedding location change if it is raining?

Answer

Nope! We have a back up plan on-site, just follow the signs!:)

What if I still have questions the day of the wedding?

Answer

Please do not contact us directly. We would like to relax and enjoy the moments getting ready for our BIG DAY. If you have questions, that were not answered by our FAQ's or there is an emergency, please contact our parents or wedding party.
