Courtney was at Muskego High School completing her orientation for her new job. In the afternoon she got the keys to her classroom so she started to make her way there. She was almost there when she noticed her "neighbors" door was open so she decided to stop in and introduce herself. A handshake and hello later and Ryan was hooked! Courtney and Ryan were often found conversing throughout the day and after a couple of months, Ryan mustered up the courage to ask Courtney out on a date! They decided to go to Cafe Hollander and grab dinner and the rest is history.

Ryan decided to set up a dinner date on the first day of their spring break. His restaurant of choice? Cafe Hollander of course! Courtney and Ryan reminisced on their first date over some drinks and dinner. While they were wrapping up Ryan made up an excuse to get Courtney to walk towards Bel Air where he was going to propose... Once they got there, Ryan grabbed both of Courtney's hands and at that point she knew what was about to happen. He finally got down on one knee and popped the question, to which Courtney said YES!
