Shuttle to Venue Pre Wedding

A shuttle will be provided for guests before and after the wedding celebration. To ride the shuttle from the hotel(s) to the venue please be at the Springhill Suites parking lot by 3pm or 4:30pm. *The shuttle holds 35-40 people per trip, there will be only 2 trips to the venue before the wedding ceremony, please plan accordingly.* Shuttle Routine: (tentatively depending on traffic, weather, etc.) 3pm Pick up Guests at SpringHill Suites Quail Springs 3:45-4pm Drop Guests at Wedding Venue 4:30-5pm Pick up Guests at SpringHill Suites Quail Springs 5:30-6pm Drop Guests at Wedding Venue
Wedding

There will be corn hole and giant connect four outside the barn before the ceremony begins. Please arrive no later than 5:45 to mingle and get seated for the ceremony beginning at 6pm. We cannot wait to celebrate our love with you! **If you plan on drinking alcohol please bring your ID**

Reception

Join us after the ceremony for dinner, drinks and dancing! ***If you plan on drinking please bring your ID*** The bar opens at 6:30pm and closes at 10:00pm. Food will be served buffet style. Venue closes at 11pm, guests must be headed home by 10:45pm. *Please take advantage of the shuttle pick up at 10:45pm from the venue to the hotels!
Shuttle to Hotels Post Wedding

A shuttle will be provided for guests before and after the wedding celebration.
