Why are you getting married in Hawaii?

Answer

Because we both want family to be able to be present at our wedding, Hawaii was a good location because 1.) The travel time is a similar distance from Melbourne and Kentucky, so no one is having to travel the full stretch between Kentucky and Australia, 2.) Hawaii is a U.S. state, which means the marriage licensing process is easy (versus involving another country in the mix), and 3.) It's Hawaii!

Where are you living after you get married?

Answer

We will be living in Australia. Shelby will be moving there immediately after the wedding.

Question

If you're getting married in Hawaii, how can I celebrate with you all?

Answer

We will be having an engagement party in Kentucky before we get married, and a reception in Australia after we get married. We would love for you to celebrate with us! Be on the look out for details...
