FAQs

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every guest having a plus one. Due to limited seating and our assigned seating arrangements, we are unable to accommodate additional quests beyond those named on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, when you go to RSVP on the website your guests name will appear with your name. Please reach out to the Bride and Groom if you have further questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the wedding party and immediate family. We encourage you to make this a date night! There are many ponds and water features at the venue making it not a very kid friendly environment. If you have further questions, please reach out to the Bride and Groom. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi formal/dressy casual. We invite guests to dress polished/comfortable. Guests should aim for neat, elevated looks rather than formal wear. Here are a few ideas: Women: cocktail dresses, midi dresses, elevated jump suits Men: dress shirts, slacks, or nice jeans if preferred.

Question

Directions to Venue

Answer

If coming from Hwy 240: Turn onto Dopp Rd. Go past the first 2 entrances (chained 1st entrance where Warehouse & Office are located / Private Driveway 2nd entrance). Then follow the white fence line - when it ends there will be a left turn for Bayley Rd. Turn left and then an immediate left into our parking lot. You will see our sign and entrance immediately. If coming from Dopp Rd on back roads: Bayley Rd. will be to your right (first right turn after passing the Ewing Young School). Turn right at Bayley rd and then an immediate left into our parking lot. You will see our sign and entrance immediately. *GPS and GOOGLE MAPS will take the back routes to our address (OR-219 or Bell Road). While these routes do save up to 10 miles and 15 minutes of time, they are not a direct route. They will take you through some very curvy back roads (but a beautiful, scenic drive)! Please stay on OR-99W through Sherwood and Newberg, then take a right onto Hwy 240.
