Kevin and I were that new age couple, trying the digital dating scene. Low and behold, we met on a dating app, called Bumble, where the GAL gets to make the first move. The profiles were witty with much talk of brunch being a Sunday priority and a possible visit to a medieval festival. Clearly we were both intrigued. We met on a bright and sunny Saturday, on April 21, for a quick coffee meetup. What was intended to be a casual coffee meet and greet, turned into the entire morning and early afternoon spent chatting and rambling on like we had been friends for years. The rest is History....

We enjoy the simple things in life. Our engagement was just that. Simple, intimate, and private. We had gone to a restaurant in Virginia Beach and then decided to walk along the boardwalk. We stopped at a nearby fountain in front of the hotel and that is when the magic of getting down on one knee happened. The groom had it recorded but to our dismay the woman who recorded never sent it to our phones. I guess our memories will have to serve us. We did at least manage to capture a photo of it so there's that.
