Buses will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis from the hotel (Residence Inn Philadelphia West Chester/Exton) to the reception (The Gardens at Applecross) and from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night. Pick-up from the hotel to the reception is at 4:15 pm, and drop-off back to the hotel at the end of the night is at 10 pm. If you plan on taking the bus, please be on time as the buses will not wait.

Ubers will also be available in the area. If you choose to take an Uber, please note that guests are responsible for the cost. We recommend scheduling one in advance to ensure timely pick‑up and drop‑off. The reception venue also has plenty of parking spaces if you choose to drive yourself.
