Awesome petting zoo! They’ve got everything from sloths and giraffes to kangaroos, goats with their cute babies, and even 200 parakeets. You can pet mini horses, donkeys, and plenty of other animals, all while enjoying the fall decorations. It’s $10 per person

Scioto Ribber

You can't come to the area without getting a Ribber steak! It's the best!

Portsmouth Floodwall Mural

Portsmouth Floodwall Mural

429 Front Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662

Stretching half a mile each segment of the wall celebrates Portsmouth’s history stretching back more than 2,000 years, including illustrations of earthen mounds built by people of the Hopewell culture, scenes depicting the commerce along the Ohio & Erie Canal and images of famous locals. There's over 60 paintings so it's definitely worth checking out!

Toro Loco Mexican Restaurant

Our absolute favorite restaurant in town! We have eaten here about a million times and it never gets old. If you tell them it's your birthday, they'll give you a special treat!

Great place for pizza, drinks and mini bowling!

Shawnee State Park

Shawnee State Park

4404 Ohio 125, West Portsmouth, OH 45663

Shawnee State Forest, also called "The Little Smokies of Ohio," is one of the largest of Ohio's state forests - it also just happens to be one of Aaron's favorite places in the entire world. It has 2 lakes that have kayak rentals available, they also have a great campground where Aaron and Caity used to camp every year!

Market Street Cafe

Market Street Cafe

212 Market Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662

Super cute place to have a coffee and grab lunch. The sugar cookies are a favorite! There's also lots of little antique shops across the street.

For all the days along the way
