Yes! There is parking available at the venue. You are welcome to leave your car parked overnight. Vehicles that are left overnight need to be picked up no later than 10am Sunday morning.
Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm at the latest so we can all be seated for the ceremony at 5:00pm. The winery will be open to the public from 12pm to 4pm, so feel free to arrive early and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail/ semi-formal attire. Men: A lightweight suit in any color, with a dress shirt and dress shoes. A tie is optional. Women: Jumpsuits, knee-length dresses and midi dresses. Light fabrics and colorful or pastel tones. Please note the bridesmaids will be wearing light blue and the groomsmen will be wearing grey.
Due to the venues liquor license, absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted. We will be serving wine, ciders, sangria, soft drinks, and mocktails. If you are found with alcohol not served by the venue, the venue staff will ask you to leave the premises.
We would love to see your kids, but we’ve decided to make our ceremony and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of the wedding party. We hope you understand and enjoy a fun date night!
If you receive a plus one, it will kindly say so on the invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our close family and friends. Thank you for understanding!
We have reserved rooms at two hotels. You can find links to these hotels and the room blocks under the "Travel" tab. If you are planning to book a room under one of our hotel reservations, please book this room by May 16th, 2025. After this date the hotel block will no longer be available.
The ceremony and reception will be held at Sweet Heart Winery (5500 W Us Highway 34, Loveland, CO 80537). We are anticipating an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, following an indoor reception. Drinks, appetizers, and dinner will be provided.
