When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Whether yes or no please RSVP by (date TBD). We need to have our final count in to our caterer by (date TBD) so we will not be able to add people on after this date. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Laura Haven at 315-350-6795.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual; no jeans please! Typically this means dress somewhere between formal and casual.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love to watch kids run and play this is an adults only kind of day! We hope this advance notice allows you ample amount of time to arrange child care so you are able to celebrate our big day with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot. Reception and ceremony are at the same location. Parking is free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:00pm; please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to find a seat.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Due to our reception being at a state park it will end at (insert time) promptly.

Will there be dinner?

Answer

Yes, there will be appetizers and a full meal.

Can we bring outside alcohol?

Answer

There is no outside alcohol allowed per our catering contract. Anyone found with outside alcohol could be asked to leave.

Are the ceremony and reception inside or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside; weather permitting.

Can I take pictures and post to social media?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see all the pictures serious or silly. We just have a couple requests. We ask no one take pictures during the ceremony; this can be very distracting. We will have a photographer for this. Second, please use one of the hashtags below and tag Laura so we can find the pictures: #theCravens

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only to allow proper planning for our catering company. We will only be able to accommodate for those listed on your invitation.
