Jacob and Makenna's story started in 2019, high school sweethearts they can now call themselves. Makenna didn't make it easy for Jacob. He tried to get her attention, she was clueless non the less, but like they say, "the third time is the charm". Their relationship started as most 16 year olds' relationships do... on Snapchat. While they attended the same school and had classes together before, Jacob and Makenna didn't start dating until their junior year. This also just so happened to be the year of online learning due to Covid. So, after a couple weeks of endless selfies from Makenna and Jacob making sure "the streak didn't die", she finally gave him her phone number. Jacob had then met his match in iMessage games. A little more time passed and after one bonfire, the two became pretty much inseparable on the weekends. Over the next 5 years, they would go on to share camping trips with Jacob's family, vacations to PA with Makenna's family, graduate high school, watch each other grow into careers, purchase their first vehicles, embark on owning their own camper, and all of the little things in-between. As Jacob and Makenna take on this next chapter in their life together, they have also become home owners. They even filled their new home with a couple furry friends. June the husky that looks like a bear, and Kimber, the cat who only sleeps on Jacob's side of the bed.
