Our suggested hotel, where we have a room block, is the Best Western. If the blocked rooms fill up and we are unable to secure more rooms, the Days Inn would be our suggestion as a backup.

A shuttle will be begin picking guests up from the Best Western at 4:00 pm and taking them to the ceremony. They will take multiple trips as needed. The last shuttle will be at 4:40.

Return shuttle service to the hotel

June 20, 2026 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The shuttle will remain on site to return to the Best Western on demand as needed. Beginning at 8 pm, the shuttle will return to the hotel on the hour. The last shuttle will depart around 10:30.
