Please make plans for transport prior to the wedding day. There is no parking. To protect the property, as it is a working ranch, guests will need to use options from this site for transportation on the wedding day: https://www.jacksonholeairport.com/parking-transportation/shuttle-taxi/
This is an adults only wedding. Our baby nephew will be the only child in attendance, as he is immediate family and son of a bridesmaid and groomsman.
Wilson/Trail Creek Ranch is 15 minutes from Jackson and 20 minutes from Teton Village. Wilson to Victor, Idaho is 30 minutes over the mountain pass Wilson to Moose is 30 minutes Wilson to Moran is 50 minutes
No, we booked the whole ranch and all of its cabin accommodations for the wedding party and parents of the bride and groom only. Room blocks in Jackson are CRAZY expensive and individuals/families can find better deals at their price points. There are a wealth of lodging options but book EARLY because it's the height of tourist season.
Jackson sits at 6,237 feet. Hydrating is very important at this altitude. Also keep in mind that alcohol has a greater effect and a few drinks will have more of an impact than at home.
Cocktail Attire: Cocktail/floral dresses, suits, formal western attire (no jeans). Wear cowboy boots for some serious swing dancing or comfortable shoes for walking in grass. Jackets for when the Wyoming weather drops at night.
Weather is extremely unpredictable, we're talking snow flurries in June. So please plan accordingly and bring clothing for all weather possibilities. For the wedding, shoes that can walk on grassy fields and outerwear for when the temps drop at night.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, that's why we hired a photographer! Please be in the moment with us and save your cell phone use/photography for other moments during our special day.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, due to limitations on size of the wedding.
