Tara has been like a big sister to Katy for many years. Tara is Katy's cousin and a great friend too! Katy is so excited to have Tara be her Matron of Honor on such a big day. Fun fact, Tara's mom, Katy's Aunt Kathy, was Katy's mom Karen's Matron of Honor on her wedding day!! Tara is always seen with a smile on her face and has one of the biggest hearts ever. We love Tara!!!
Sarah Stamberg

Katy and Sarah became friends when Katy began working at Berkshire in 2022. Sarah and Katy quickly bonded their love for Taylor Swift and passion for Social Work. Sarah quickly turned from a friend to family to Katy. Sarah is a talented singer songwriter. She writes her own songs and plays the guitar, piano, and ukulele. Sarah has even written a love song about Katy and Jake from Katy's point of view! Sarah has a tendency to be protective of those she loves but, always has good reasoning behind it. Everyone deserves a friend like Sarah.
Lily and Grace Mata

Lily and Grace are Jake's little sisters and now lucky for Katy, hers too!! Katy and Jake are so excited to have these two by their sides. Katy is so thankful they both treated her like a sister instantly and is so lucky to have them in her life!
Lyz Scott

Lyz is another cousin of Katy's who doubles as a best friend/big sister. Lyz is always the life of the party (however please do not try to leg wrestle her) but has also always been a shoulder to cry on. Katy knows Lyz is going to be such a great person to have by her side on her wedding day!!
Michaela Rios

Michaela and Katy have been friends since high school but became closer after high school. Michaela is the mom of two beautiful boys, Mateo and Lucas. Katy has loved growing up with Michaela and going through life changes with her. Michaela always shows up for Katy in hard time and that is why Katy knew she needed Michaela on her side on this amazing day! Michaela teaches "for better or for worse" in friendship.
Haley Sanborn

Haley and Katy met over a decade ago in 2014 and immediately bonded when Katy saw Haley's lock screen as Zayn from One Direction. Katy and Haley remained friends for years and became especially close when Katy transferred to Oneonta her junior year in 2018 while Haley had been there since she was a freshman. Haley convinced Katy to join the Ultimate Frisbee Team and the rest is history. Haley has always been an amazing and supportive friend. Haley will make you laugh so hard you pee yourself but wipe your tears when you cry too.
Ashley Rosa

Katy met Ashley while playing on the Ultimate Frisbee Team. If there is one word to describe Ashley it is loyal. Ashley will stick up for anyone deserving especially her friends. She says it how it is, and is just a great person. Fun fact: Katy's brother Luke LOVES Ashley because when she went out to eat with the family once she took the last chicken wing and Luke thought that was "real af."
Teresa Ayala

Teresa and Katy have been friends since high school. Teresa is always good for a belly laugh but can also be a voice of reason. Teresa and Katy have had a strong friendship and Katy couldn't imagine not having Teresa with her! Teresa is currently pregnant and due in October 2025 to a baby boy. Katy just knows Teresa is going to be an amazing mama.
Tucker Jonietz
Best Man
Tucker has been the closest thing to a brother that Jake has had since he was young. Tucker has been there for him while he was either 7000+ miles away or 1 mile down the street. Tucker even had a key to Jake’s house and still till this day has the key from over 5 years ago. Tucker and Katy also go way back as family friends. Katy has known Tucker most of her life and Katy refers to him as her “fake cousin.”
Luke Craig

Luke is Katy's big brother. If you know Luke and Katy, you know they don't always get along but, you also know, no one was ever allowed to be mean to Katy, other than Luke. Luke was always ready to beat up some kid on the block for being mean to his little sister. Jake felt like Luke was a big brother since meeting him so asking him to be a groomsmen was no question. Katy and Jake couldn't imagine not having him stand with them on their day!
Zack Bonnetti

Zack is part of the friend group with Tucker and Matt and has been in Jake’s life for over a decade. Zack is definitely the one in the group that would say something outlandish then follow it up with something smart. Katy and Zack also know each other from playing ultimate frisbee together at SUNY Oneonta. Zack is responsible for Katy’s obsession with Hamilton the musical since he showed it to her in college!
Matt Schifani

Matt has been in Jake’s life since around middle school and has always been a good friend. A fun fact about Matt is that his dad was Jake and Tuckers bus driver from middle school till they graduated high school. While Jake was away in the navy whenever he would come home Matt would always be around to hangout with him and Tucker.
Jake DiMartino

Jake came into Jake’s life while they were in high school, even though they went to different schools. They met through their mothers being friends. The Jake’s would play video games together and watch wrestling together and when they weren’t doing that Jake would be making us laugh with his impressions (he does a great Peter griffin impression)
Ben Lamendola

Ben was the first fellow New Yorker that Jake met on the boat. Ben was the guy that you could always rely on but then another moment he would pull a prank on you or someone else. Ben was always around Cody and Charles as-well.
Cody McGurk
Groomsman
Cody was part of the sister ship the U.S.S. Frank Cable and he was part of the carpentry shops with Jake and Charles. He was the goof that you couldn’t predict what he would do next. Cody also would come up with these wild comments that just became common quotes within the carpentry shop.
Charles Bret Zrzavy
Groomsman
Charles was the first person he met when he stepped on board the U.S.S. Emory S. Land. They both worked in the carpentry shop on board the ship and became quick friends. From playing video games to cracking jokes they were always up to something.
