Maid of Honor
Sister, best friend, and maid of honor extradonaire. Rachel has known Carli since literally Day 1 and they've had an unbreakable bond since then. Through all of life's big and little moments Carli and Rachel have been there for each other, and Rachel is absolutely honored that Carli will play a very special role in their wedding. Rachel loves Carli's creative and adventurous spirit! Look out for Carli on the dance floor because she is a true dancing queen!
Best Man
Brother of the groom, Derek has been Craig's role model for as long as he can remember. Though Derek did not view Craig in the same positive light when they were kids (as any older brother does), they eventually grew to be best friends. Derek has always been there for Craig and always offered great advice on anything that Craig needed to talk to him about. Derek has the personality to light up a room and when Craig and Derek are together, they are always laughing at their inside jokes.
Officiant
Matthew is a wonderful friend to both Rachel and Craig and they're honored he will be officiating their wedding. Rachel first met Matthew, like his now-wife Amber, at her college's gym and they made it through many of Amber's incredible (and challenging!) spin classes together. In 2018, Rachel officiated Matthew and Amber's wedding - an incredible honor! Craig and Matthew met and instantly bonded over their love of history and Matthew has been a special part of Rachel and Craig's lives and couldn't be more grateful that Matthew will be the one to pronounce them Mr. & Mrs!
Bridesmaid
Like all good friendships, Amber and Rachel's started at a gym while Rachel was attending Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Rachel and Amber have put in hundreds of hours on a spin bike and Rachel had the pleasure of officiating Amber and her husband, Matthew's, wedding in Kentucky! Rachel loves Amber's kind heart and her passion for all life has to offer. Amber is coming from Pittsburgh to stand with Rachel on her big day and we are so thankful!
Bridesmaid
Katelyn is Craig's older sister and has been a very special person to Rachel. When Rachel and Katelyn first met, Craig told Rachel that "Katelyn is short...like your height." While this was not the case (Craig and his family are... well, not as short as the Williams), Craig was right about Katelyn being a caring, smart, and fun-loving gal! One of Rachel's favorite memories with her is watching Tiger King with Katelyn and her family during Spring of 2020 (truly unforgettable). Katelyn is mama to the adorable, Eliza - one of the flower girls, too, and is traveling in from Chicago!
Bridesmaid
Rachel and Natalie met in line for the Duquesne University Freshman Orientation bus and it's been a wonderful ride ever since! Over their years together, Rachel and Nat became roommates, great friends, and adventure buddies. They both share a love of good food and quiet nights in and made many lifelong memories together. One of Rachel's favorite memories with Nat is standing by Nat's side when Nat married Chris, a mutual friend of theirs, from college. It's so special to Rachel that Nat is traveling in from Pittsburgh to return the honor!
Bridesmaid
Olivia and Rachel met in kindgarten when they both joined a local Girl Scouts troop. Over the years, Rachel and Olivia's friendship really blossomed and they have had many wonderful memories together - like the time they went to Chicago and Rachel read the map upside down the whole time, thus getting them lost. Rachel and Olivia have been through a lot of life moments together and Rachel loves Olivia's kind heart, quiet sense of humor, and loyalty. She can't wait for Olivia to stand by her side on her big day!
Groomsman
Craig and Tamir met their freshman year on the Rowing team and Craig had to wake up every morning at 4:45 am to go wake Tamir up at 5 am to ensure that he made it to practice in time. Tamir was the coxswain for the team and had a great time telling Craig and the rest of the people on the boat to work harder as he steered. He lived with Craig sophomore year all the way through senior year and was there for Craig through thick and thin.
Groomsman
Aidan and Craig met their freshman year at Franklin & Marshall and quickly became friends. Aidan has always been a great friend and one that Craig knows he can rely on at any time. Aidan introduced Craig to the joy (but mostly pain) of being a fan of the Philadelphia Seventy-Sixers basketball team and along with Tamir, had many great battles playing FIFA soccer on the ps4.
Groomsman
Craig and Chris met their freshman year at Franklin & Marshall College and lived in the same hall. They were both History majors and shared many fun classes like The Late Middle Ages and Hamilton versus Jefferson. Chris has always been an amazing friend and Craig and Chris speak on the phone weekly with each other, discussing everything from Star Wars to football and his disappointment with the New York Giants.
Groomsman
Javier and Craig met Craig's sophomore year and Javier's freshman year on the rowing team. They were pair partners on their boat, Craig sitting at the 6 seat and Javier at the 5 seat and they were the powerhouses of the boat. Javier came to Craig's family Thanksgiving several times and put up with his crazy family. They studied together a lot along with Tamir and Javier has been an amazing friend to Craig.
Flower Girl
Sweet Eliza is Rachel and Craig's adorable niece who will be 1.5 in August! Eliza is a bubbly, smart, and fun little girl and they love her very much. Eliza's favorite things include watching animals at the zoo near her house, playing with her toys, and making her family smile with the joy she brings to them. Eliza is also a major fan of peanut butter just like her Uncle Craig and he is so excited to have her play a special role.
Flower Girl
Esmeria (Essie) is Rachel's second cousin and Rachel and Craig are so excited that she will play a very special and important role in their big day! Essie is the best big sister to her little brother and is a fun-loving, sweet soon-to-be five year old. She loves the color blue, Disney (especially Encanto), and sparkles and glitter. Essie is coming all the way from Philadelphia to be a very special flower girl for the big day!
