If you had told 18 year old Kris‑Ann that she’d one day marry a customer from her Old Navy shift, she would’ve laughed, fixed a clearance rack, and gone back to helping someone find their jeans. But life has a funny way of working out. Craig first noticed Kris‑Ann in April of 2019. He didn’t say anything at the time, but he quietly typed her name into his Notes app. But there was absolutely no follow‑through. Months passed, and then September rolled around. Craig walked into Old Navy, and there she was again; this time at the cash register. They made eye contact. Kris‑Ann noticed him wandering the store, pretending to browse but very much not pretending to glance her way every 20 seconds. Eventually, he picked up a red gym tank top and joined her line. Kris‑Ann tried to time her checkouts so he’d end up at her till. She even moved her hair so that her name-tag was visible. When he finally did, she waited for a sign of interest- a joke, a compliment, anything. Instead, Craig was quiet. Painfully quiet. She went home a little disappointed… until, her phone pinged and she saw a follow request on Instagram from a familiar face. And from that moment on, the rest unfolded effortlessly. They’ve been inseparable ever since. They are other’s first loves. They share a love for many things: Jesus Christ, animals, country music, children, the gym, good food (especially Big Way), and the outdoors. What started with a red tank top and a shy smile has grown into a life full of laughter, adventure, and the kind of love that doesn’t just feel like home-they ARE each other’s home. And now, they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you.
