We’re getting married!

Craig & I have been family friends since we were born. We went to the same preschool and have known each other since then. I always had a crush on him, even though boys had cooties at that age. Time went on and we would always see each other at events like the Annual Labrot/Cole Golf Tournament, Ventura County Fair with our animals and around town. We became good friends and that's all it was for a while. On Halloween 2015, we hung out, Craig asked me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history.

This has got to be the most memorable proposal EVER (I may be a little biased)!!! On Christmas Eve, we were going to my parents house to help make tamales before having to go to Craig's family Christmas Party. He asked me to help him vaccinate the baby goats before we went to my parents (if you don't know Craig helps his Grandpa breed goats for the Ventura County Fair) and of course I say yes as it gives me time to snuggle the babies. We get to the ranch and are already running late so I am antsy to get it done, we walk into the first pen and he hands me a baby goat. I snuggle the baby and as I turn around he is on one knee! I am completely oblivious at this point because of the precious baby in my arms that I just babble, "Wait what, are you serious?". He has the biggest grin and I am just in awe.....mind you I never put the baby goat down.....I AM MARRYING MY BEST FRIEND!!!
