When should I RSVP by?

Please be sure to RSVP by April 12, 2025, so we can make sure everything is ready for you on our big day. We can't wait to have you there to share in the fun and festivities!

How important is derby attire?

We’d love to see you in your Derby attire if you’re up for it, but please don’t feel any pressure! The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and have a great time. Whether you choose to dress up or keep it casual, we’re just so excited to celebrate with you!

Where do I park?

We encourage carpooling to help make things easier, but don’t worry—parking will be available in our horse pastures. Further directions on where to park will be provided upon arrival. We want everyone to get home safely, so feel free to ride together and enjoy the day!

Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only affair to ensure all our guests can fully enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand, and we’re so grateful for your support!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Our wedding will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly for a beautiful May day! While we’ll be celebrating under the open sky, don’t worry—there will be plenty of seating under a tent to keep you comfortable.

Cash bar?? No Way! Don’t worry, we’ve got the drinks covered! Our open bar will feature signature Derby cocktails like Gina’s choice of Oaks Lily and Craig’s classic Mint Julep, but if those aren’t your style, no need to fret. We’ll also have a full selection of beer, wine, and spirits from which to choose. Cheers to a great time and plenty of options to keep the celebration flowing!
