Question
When and Where is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors and take place on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Leo Carrillo Ranch, located at 6200 Flying Leo Carrillo Ln, Carlsbad, CA 92009. Please arrive at 4:30pm for a 5:00pm ceremony. As there is more traffic on Friday afternoons, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to commute to the venue (if you get there early, you can walk around the grounds!) Also take into account that it is roughly a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony location. Golf cart assistance will be available if needed.

Are Children Invited?

While we would love to have everyone celebrate with us, this will be a 18+ only event (apart from the children in the wedding party). We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a Plus One?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests whose names are listed on the invitation.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail Attire please. Suits, barongs, and cocktail dresses are perfect! Ladies, we encourage spring/summer colors or floral prints! Also, please note that our venue is outdoors on a renovated ranch. This comes with some uneven terrain and changing weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress according to what the weather allows.

Do you have a wedding registry?

As we join together to celebrate our wedding day, your love and support mean the world to us. If you feel inclined to give us a wedding gift, cash contributions towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.

Are there hotels close to the venue?
Answer
Yes! There are multiple hotels if you'd like to stay near the venue. The bride and groom will be staying at Lakehouse Resort, which is offering a 15% discount. Ayres Hotel Vista/Carlsbad is also offering a 15% discount. You can get the discount by using the links in the travel tab of this website.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
We anticipate nice weather in June with temperatures dipping slightly at night. As both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, we recommend that you look up the weather at Lake San Marcos for a nearby forecast closer to the day.

Is there parking available?
Answer
We encourage ubering as we will be providing an open bar. However, if you wish to drive, the venue has plenty of parking! Cars may also be left overnight if necessary.
