Wedding Shuttles

October 19, 2024 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be shuttles from the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hyatt and the Holiday Inn. The shuttles will pick up starting at the Hilton at 3:30pm, then will move on to the Hyatt and then the Holiday Inn. If you are staying at the Best Western, please walk across the street and take the Hyatt shuttle. There will be an early shuttle leaving the wedding at 9pm and the final shuttle leaving the wedding at 10pm.

This block is now full. There could possibly still be rooms available at the normal rate. Shuttle service will be provided to/from the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.

If the block is filled, you can still book rooms outside of the block. Shuttle service will be provided to/from the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.

If the block is filled, you can still book rooms outside of the block. Shuttle service will be provided to/from the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.

The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club & Spa

There is no block for the Inn but they could still have rooms available at the normal rate. Rooms for October will open on April 1st. The Inn provides complimentary shuttle service for those staying there.

There are many rental properties in the area. Ubers are limited, so plan to have a designated driver! There is plenty of parking at the venue.
