What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:00 pm! We recommend arriving by 3:30–3:45 pm to give yourself plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be available from 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM from The Flanders Hotel to St. Augustine Church. Return shuttles back to the hotel will begin promptly following the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Think gowns, suits, or your favorite dressed-up look- it’s New Year’s Eve, after all! We can’t wait to ring in the new year with you!

Parking is available at the church and hotel, with additional public lots nearby.
