Wedding Transportation by Trolley
2:15 pm - 3:15 pm

We will be providing a trolley service to the wedding ceremony. The trolleys will travel along the beautiful Casey Key Road offering picturesque views of the gulf of Mexico. Service will begin at 2:20 from the mainland hotel and end at 3:00. Service will begin at 2:45 from the Casey Key Fish House and end at 3:00. If you are staying on a resort on the key, there will be a trolley to pick you up at 3:00. There will be a bar with beer, wine and champagne at the ceremony so please arrive early to spend some time on the beach!
Wedding Transportation by Boat

We will be providing a boat to take people from the Casey Key Fish House to the wedding ceremony. Guests will enjoy a ride along the intercoastal waterway with coolers of beer, wine and high noon to enjoy! The boat has a 50 person capacity and will depart promptly at 2:30 and 3:15. We will offer trolley service to take guests from the mainland hotel to the fish house at 2:00 and 2:40. Space is limited so if you select this option we will provided you a departure time and would ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to board. You must use the provided boat or trolley service to attend the wedding ceremony. When you RSVP to the wedding we would kindly ask you to respond to our question at the bottom with your preference.
Wedding

Resort Attire - Our ceremony will be on the beach. We recommend wearing shoes appropriate for walking in the sand.
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4pm and we will provide transportation via Trolley or Boat from the Casey Key Fish House. You cannot UBER or take a personal vehicle to the beach as Casey Key Road will be closed. If you miss the provided transportation we kindly ask you to not attend the ceremony and look forward to celebrating with you at the reception! We encourage you to arrive EARLY for your ceremony transportation. It is only a 5 minute drive from the hotel but there is a draw bridge that could cause delays. There will be beer, wine, and champagne provided at the most beautiful beach in America and transportation is limited ending promptly at 3:15. Please respond with TROLLEY or BOAT to the question at the bottom of this page.
Reception

After Party

After the wedding reception, guests are encouraged to gather at a local watering hole, the O Bar, for a classic "one for the ditch." Trolleys will run from the reception to the O Bar and they will be returning guests to the Mainland Hotel in a continuous loop with the final run at 1 a.m. Trolleys will also be available to return guests directly to the Mainland Hotel after the reception.
