COVID-19 - What are you doing to keep us safe?

Answer

As we all adapt to uncertain times with COVID-19, we are monitoring the news carefully. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests. Our wedding is happening as planned, and we look forward to celebrating with you all on October 10, 2020! At this point, we've been advised that an October 2020 wedding should be safe. Please RSVP and book your accommodations as you normally would, but check first for a lenient cancellation policy, which most hotels and airlines are happy to provide in light of current events. That being said, the safety of our guests is our utmost priority. We will have hand sanitizer and masks available, although will not be required. We will also be providing an indicator for those wanting to social distance. Please check our website and national/local public health websites regularly for updates. Will there be transportation available between Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Morris Country Club?

Answer

Yes! There will be two opportunities to shuttle from Holiday Inn Express & Suites to Morris Country Club. At the end of the evening, there will be two opportunities to shuttle back to the hotel. We will provide specific shuttle times as our day gets closer. Please check back!

Are children able to attend the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We absolutely love and adore your children, however, we are requesting that our special day be for adults only. We want to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. We appreciate your understanding!

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside and our reception will be inside! In the case of inclement weather, the decision to move our ceremony inside will be made the day of.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer named Kristina who will be capturing our day. We're respectfully asking that photos and videos are not taken during our ceremony. We will be happy to share our wedding photos with you afterward! During our reception, please take as many photos and videos as you'd like. Share them with us by using #CoxJokesForever on social media!
