Back in 2015, Matthew and Hannah met at both of their older brothers' graduation from Florida College. Hannah had become fast friends with Matthew's sister, Melissa, who kept Matthew and Hannah in contact off an on, leading to the following year at Melissa's wedding. An event in which the now lovely couple shared awkward side-hugs, and once again took a photo together, framed as "the younger brother Hannah never had". Unbeknownst to Hannah, Matthew was smitten by her from the first time they met and he knew that this was the type of woman that he would want to be with for the rest of his life. The years went on, seeing each other from time to time and remaining in distant contact. And as it happened, they wound up in Florida again. They reconnected and planned a game night with their siblings. It was a gentle spark, but there was no denying the immediate chemistry that was present. In the days following, Matthew asked Hannah to get coffee with ambiguous connotations. They met at a near by Starbucks and conversed for hours about nothing and everything. Hannah's nephew was actually born during this time and her radio silence to her family gave indication that this was more than just a casual catch up. They enjoyed their time so much that they had talked for nearly five hours! As they got up to say their goodbyes, as they had in the past, the usual goodbye had taken on a different meaning to each of them. "Okay. See ya on Sunday. Love ya!" This beautiful friendship which each of them had cherished had developed in to something more. By God's help and His timing, the two found in each other their best friends and the loves of their lives. And they are so thankful to Him who gives all blessings, without Whom, they would have never met.
