Chota Falls Estate Address: 1810 Rickman Airfield Road Clayton, GA 30525 Note: GPS is not always accurate. Here are directions from Atlanta: I-985 North (just North of Lawrenceville/Suwanee exit). I-985 will take you through Gainesville, Clarkesville, Tallulah Falls, and into Clayton. On the way I-985 will also become 23, then 441. Landmarks to be aware of as you get close to Chota Falls are Tallulah Falls (Gorge) and then, a few miles more, Rabun County High School on the right. One mile beyond Rabun County High School, you will cross the Stekoa Creek Bridge. Immediately on the other side of this bridge turn right onto Rickman Airfield Rd. Chota Falls is 1.7 miles down on Rickman Airfield Road. Be mindful of the sharp curves and narrow road. Exactly 1.3 miles down, the road curves sharply to the right over a single-lane concrete bridge and continues left once on the other side where the road becomes gravel. Continue along this short scenic drive of split rail fence, pastureland and a covered bridge before coming to a tall hemlock hedge on your right. Ahead on the left are parking signs, park and proceed to chapel.
