Getting to Hood River
Uber/Lyft do not service Hood River. We recommend flying into Portland and picking up a rental car from the airport. Use the carpool sheet below to see whether there are any cars going to from Portland and Hood River. Gorge Taxi (gorgetaxi.com) offers taxi services for PDX<->Hood River, but be sure to call in advanced to reserve a seat (541-399-5060).

Where to Stay
Within Hood River there are plenty Airbnbs and hotels and the town is very walkable with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants. If you plan on using our provided day-of wedding transportation, we recommend staying within walking distance of Full Sail brewery (our tentative pick up location).

The Scenic Route
Have some time to spare on your way in? We highly recommend taking the scenic route via the Historic Columbia River Hwy. This detour adds about 15-20 min depending on where you enter/exit, but you'll be rewarded with gorgeous views at Vista House, Multnomah Falls, and Horsetail Falls along the way. (Use Apple Maps, Google has trouble on this route)
