Question
How do I reserve a room at the Richardson?
Answer
Please click on the "Travel" section at the top of the website and click the button to reroute you to the Richardson Hotel's website. When you get to the website, you will have to click through the months to May 2025. When you get there, you will see the 9th and 10th open for rooms. You will click the 9th and then click the 11th. (I understand that the 11th has an 'X'. That just means that you cannot reserve a room on the 11th). This will make it that you are checking in on the 9th and checking out on the 11th. If you run into any problems, please text Valeria (941-462-8349) to troubleshoot.

Are my children invited?
Answer
If you know anything about Scott and I, we love the kiddos! When you go to RSVP, you will see you and all the guests that were invited from your family. All the kiddos should be on there if you want to bring them. (If a little one is missing, please let us know and we will fix that). If you do not want to bring your kids, do not feel obligated! It is totally up to everyone on an individual basis.

Can I Bring a Guest?
Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. If you think it was a mistake, just text Valeria.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
At the top there is a link for RSVP, simply click that and it will prompt you to type in your first and last name. It will then ask if everyone in your party is attending. You will then be asked for a song request!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
If you know anything about Buffalo, the weather is always changing. Based on the 2024 season, it should/could be in the 50s to high 60s on the weekend of the wedding! I would recommend bringing a mixture of spring/fall attire to be safe.

Will there be parking at the hotel?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking for people flying/renting or driving a car at the Richardson Hotel. Although, if you do not want to rent a car and are flying in, feel free to just uber/lyft to the hotel, there is a lot of activities and food options walking distance that you can go to.
Question
Is there going to be a shuttle to the church?
Answer
No. The church is downtown and not that long of a distance from the hotel. We will try to have people carpool and if not, uber/lyft is available for a low price. If you will not have a car and need a ride to the church, let us know and we will try to connect you with a ride buddy. The hotel will be the hub and after the church, you can return to the hotel and relax before the cocktail hour.
