Please RSVP by November 28th.
Please plan to drive, Uber, or take another form of car service directly to the church (approximately 10 min drive from downtown Portsmouth). There is plenty of parking in the church parking lot, guests can also use the large parking lot next to the church.
There will be shuttle buses leaving the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel (walking distance from all the hotels in downtown Portsmouth) at 4:30pm. For any guest planning to take the shuttle, plan to park either at your hotel or there are several lots around downtown Portsmouth walking distance from the Sheraton. For anyone who would like to drive directly to the reception venue, there will be plenty of parking available.
Typically, it is very easy to get an Uber from the Portsmouth or Dover area, however the Red Barn has noted that they are not very prevalent in South Berwick, ME. If you are not staying in downtown Portsmouth but don't want to drive, we recommend either taking the shuttle bus to downtown Portsmouth and calling an Uber/ Lyft/ Taxi ride from there OR booking a taxi/ other car service ahead of time to pick you up from the Red Barn at the end of the reception.
The reception at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm will end at 10pm. Shuttle buses will be available to bring guests back to downtown Portsmouth. Drop-off location will be the Sheraton Harborside Hotel.

Yes, there will be approximately 1.5-2 hours between the end of the ceremony and the start of the cocktail hour. This will allow guests using the shuttle service time to drive back to downtown Portsmouth, park, and check-in at hotels as needed before busses arrive. If you are planning to drive directly to the reception, it is a 20 min drive from the church/ downtown Portsmouth to the Red Barn, however given the winter months plan for at least a 30 minute commute. There is a Tavern at the Red Barn that will be open prior to the start of cocktail hour. Or, if you are looking to grab a drink, we also suggest checking-out the restaurants in downtown Portsmouth (Surf & Oar House are some of our favorites!).
We are working on planning a farewell breakfast, will provide additional details closer to the wedding.
