FAQs

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

For guests looking to stay overnight, we have reserved a room block at Hotel 1620 in downtown Plymouth. Please note that the hotel requires a two-night minimum stay. While we hope this option is helpful, there is no obligation to stay in the room block. Additional nearby hotel recommendations will also be linked under the “travel” page should you prefer to make other arrangements. For those who wish to stay on-site at our wedding venue, Mirbeau Inn & Spa is also offering a limited number of discounted rooms. Please note that Mirbeau is a luxury property and prices reflect that, but the setting is truly beautiful. You’re also more than welcome to explore nearby options like Airbnb or VRBO if you’re traveling with a group or looking for something more unique!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, we invite you to dress in cocktail attire. Our ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn, so we encourage guests to choose footwear that’s both stylish and comfortable for the setting.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exception is our ring bearer, who will be part of the ceremony. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 15, 2026 so we can finalize the headcount. We kindly ask that all guests RSVP through our wedding website. A QR code will be provided on your formal invitation to RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we want everyone to be comfortably seated before it starts. Thank you for being on time and helping us begin this special moment without delay.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our wedding dinner will be a plated meal, and we want to make sure everyone is well taken care of. If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or need special accommodations, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll work with our caterer to ensure there’s a safe and delicious option for you.

Question

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is on-site parking available for all guests, including overnight parking for those staying nearby or driving home the next day.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’re hosting a full open bar during the reception, including beer, wine, and cocktails. Please note that the after party will be cash bar, so bring a form of payment if you plan to keep the celebration going with us!
