Alicia Cove

Bride

Michael Crowley

Groom

Maia Patrie

Maid of Honor

Maia and Alicia met as dorm room neighbors and soon enough became friends. From being freshmen to roommates to cross-country best friends, they've remained close over the past few years (their matching tattoos should hint to that!). In between, they've binged many TV shows, wrote at numerous coffee shops, and enjoyed/been pained by Bruins hockey games. Maia is so happy to be part of Alicia's wedding and help her celebrate such a big moment.

Nicolas Seyffert

Best Man

Mike and I have been best friends in life since we went to Daniel Webster Elementary School in Marshfield Massachusetts. I’ve since lost that title to the only person on the planet that makes it okay. Alicia, I’m proud to say that title belongs to you, because I’ve never met anyone else that deserves it more. I love you both and I’m honored to have you in my life, and over the moon that you will have each other for the rest of yours.

Dayna Crowley

Bridesmaid

Alicia and I met shortly after she started dating Mike. After the awkward middle school phase and trying to be an amateur prom photographer, I entered high school and Alicia quickly took me under her wing navigating high school and the inner workings of the drama club. Though the two year age gap put us at different stages we can always joke over the silly things my brother Mike does. It didn’t hit either of us that we’d both be getting a sister through this marriage, and I wouldn’t want anyone else as sister.

Groomsman

Lauren Malsick

Bridesmaid

Lauren and Alicia met during orientation when Lauren thought she had made a big mistake choosing BU. Then she met Alicia. They had both just signed up for classes, and in typical Lauren fashion, she began to talk to Alicia. In that moment, she started to realize that maybe BU wouldn’t be so bad after all. They ended up being floormates on the WISE floor and became the best of buds. Mike became an honorary WISE/BU member, and their little group grew in size. Lauren then moved in with Alicia and Mike after college, where they adopted their child Eloise, the most terrible, loveable, and adorable kitty around. They are currently living happily ever after in Allston across from the frat boys. Lauren cannot wait to celebrate her two best friends and looks forward to crying many tears of joy.

Daniel Crowley

Groomsman

Brothers, by their nature I think, are prone to butting heads. Here’s the thing: I know we did have our squabbles, but I can’t remember any specific instances of it. When I look back, the memories I have of my brother are all the fun times we had— most of them involving me watching him play video games. It brings me nothing but joy to see him so well put together, and to be moving on to the next moments of his life. He and Alicia can be described as nothing other than a perfect pair, I wish nothing but the best for their future.

Morgan Weiss

Bridesmaid

I had the good fortune to live next to Alicia our freshman year (<3 WISE girls!). Navigating through the ~interesting~ (at times strange, hard, mostly fun, & always memorable) waters of freshman year brought us close, and the countless, crazy adventures we’ve had since have created a friendship I value deeply. We suffered through Chem lectures, shared LateNight mozzarella sticks, and mispronounced everything while in Germany! I’m sure the first time we hung out–when she took me, a Boston newbie, out shopping at Newbury–she didn’t expect the next 6+ years with an obnoxious (but endearing) friend, but here we are! I couldn’t be more thrilled to stand by Alicia as she takes her boundless sense of adventure, generosity, and love into her marriage for the most beautiful life to come. L’Chiam!

Samantha Cole-Reardon

Bridesmaid

Sam and Alicia met in sixth grade, and it was only a matter of time before they became red cluster homeroom homies. As the duo moved through middle and high school drama (both on stage and even more so off), an emo phase (that never really ended), and sleepovers that left them with tired eyes and cheeks that hurt from laughing, there was nothing that could pull them apart. It’s been a while since sixth grade homeroom, their last twilight debate, and even their last sleepover, but Sam can think of no greater joy than standing next to Leesh as she makes their teenage dream come true (especially since her poor vocabulary almost doomed this whole thing - Sorry Mike! Your feelings are requited, I promise!) Let the countdown to #MaliciaGetsMarried begin! - what, too much?
