'Welcome To Denver' Party for Out-Of-Town Guests

By Invitation Only. This event is for the wedding party and out-of-town guests only. Details to follow in an 'evite'. TRANSPORTATION: There is only one shuttle to this party. The shuttle will depart Hotel Clio (150 Clayton Lane) at 5:25pm. The shuttle will make 2 return trips back to Hotel Clio starting at 7pm. The second and final shuttle departs the DCC for Hotel Clio at 7:30pm. If you miss the bus, Hotel Clio is a 15 minute walk to/from the DCC.

Rehearsal Dinner

By invitation only. This event is for the wedding party and family. Transportation to be provided. Details to follow. TRANSPORTATION: There will be two shuttles to the rehearsal dinner. Both shuttles will depart Hotel Clio (150 Clayton Lane) at 5:15pm. The DoubleTree Hilton pickup is at 5:20pm. Shuttles will make 3 return loops to the DoubleTree Hilton and Hotel Clio after the Welcome Reception. The first shuttle will depart Four Mile House at 8:45pm; the last shuttle will depart Four Mile House at 9:45pm.

Transportation back to Cherry Creek North from welcome party provided for out-of-town guests. This bar is walkable from Hotel Clio, the bus drop-off location.

There will be bus transportation for out-of-town guests from a Cherry Creek North hotel (Hotel Clio) and from the Double Tree hotel to the venue. There is a parking lot at the venue for guests who choose to drive. Ride sharing is encouraged. TRANSPORTATION: There will be one shuttle that will depart DoubleTree Hilton at 4:15pm. This same shuttle will stop at Hotel Clio at 4:30pm for pickup. There will be a second shuttle at Hotel Clio departing at 4:30pm. Note there is only one shuttle leaving from DoubleTree Hilton. Shuttles will make three return loops to DoubleTree Hilton and Hotel Clio after the reception starting at 9:45pm and ending at 11:15pm.
