Pack your bags and please join Courtney & Will in Cancun, Mexico as they celebrate the start of their new life together. Courtney and Will will arrive at the resort on Tuesday 1/28 and leave on Tuesday 2/4. You are more than welcome to arrive whenever and stay as long as your heart desires. We understand that this is time off work, time spent traveling, and time away from your kids/dogs etc. If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to reach out to us. ACCOMMODATION & BOOKING You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 40 minutes away from the hotel. This is an all-inclusive adults only beachfront resort in the gated community of Playa Mujeres. We didn't want you to have to worry about a thing once you arrive. You can call or email - whichever is easiest for you. We are asking for everyone to arrange flights on your own. Please send your flight details to Kelly so she can set up your transportation to and from the airport. *PLEASE BE SURE YOUR PASSPORT IS VALID 6 MONTHS BEYOND FEBRUARY 2025. Wedding guests are required to stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres to attend the wedding and participate in the wedding activities throughout the week. Guests will need to book accommodations directly through Kelly McVey by May 28th, 2024. You should reach out to Kelly for details on choosing your room, selecting travel insurance, and any resort questions. A block of rooms have been reserved at special rates so that all of our guests can be included in the wedding fun and festivities. Join us as we party and celebrate leading up to the Big Day! **IMPORTANT: Please Do Not book directly with the hotel. We have secured discounted rates and a wedding room block with our agency. Contract terms First deposit due by 5/28/24 (25% - 8 months prior) Second deposit due by 8/1/24 (20% 6 months prior) Third deposit due by 9/30/24 (15% 4 months prior) Final payment due by 10/30/2024 (90 days prior) ALL deposits are refundable until 130 days before the wedding weekend. You can customize the remaining balance to fit your needs but please keep in mind that the final payment is due 90 days before the wedding weekend (Wednesday, October 30, 2024).
