What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please enjoy a pre-ceremony beverage starting at 5:00PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us! Dress to impress in formal attire. For example, ladies can wear floor-length/midi dresses and gentleman can wear a suit & tie. Please no jeans and avoid shades of white/ivory & light blue!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we will only allow the people named on your invitation to attend. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love our little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone can enjoy the evening.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our Ceremony will take place outdoors. While our Cocktail hour and our Reception will be held inside, there will also be tables and chairs set up outside for you to enjoy.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Of course! The drinks are on us so get ready to celebrate!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complementary parking at our venue. If you are staying at the Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun Hotel, please feel free to utilize our shuttle service (refer to accommodations tab). If staying at the SpringHill Suites, please feel free to park at the Tru and jump in the shuttle.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to join us from 11:00PM to 1:00AM in One Loudoun. If you are staying at the Tru hotel, it will be within walking distance. We love you all & definitely don’t want the party to stop!
