How do I book my room?

Visit the travel page of this website and go to the resort tab to book your room reservation.

Question

Will my credit card be charged if I book my reservation?

Answer

You need a credit/debit card to make your reservation, however your card will not be charged until AFTER you have been contacted by our wedding planner Greg.

How soon do I need to make my room reservation?

Answer

Initial deposit and RSVP required by September 1, 2019. Final payment due November 1, 2019.

If I didn't include a plus one in my reservation, can I still bring someone with me?

Answer

If your initial invite did not include a plus one, please do not add or bring a guest without our knowledge. Please contact us in advance, so that we can plan accordingly.

What does all-inclusive mean?

Answer

Sanctuary Cap Cana is an all-inclusive resort. That means all food and drinks are complimentary. It is customary to tip your servers, bellhop, and other hotel staff as a courtesy. USD are accepted throughout the resort.

It's just me but I would prefer to share a room with someone.

Answer

If you're coming alone but wish to share a room with someone (same sex) please let us know and we will try to pair you with someone.

How do I book my flight?

Answer

Visit the travel tab and select any of the options. You may use any airline or travel site of your choice. We do not have any airline discounts or codes for our guests. Be on the lookout for any sales. Flights to Dominican Republic are extremely affordable right now.

I booked my flight, now what?

Answer

Send your flight information and itinerary to our wedding planner Greg. He will arrange round trip shuttle service to/from the resort and airport.

Where are the room rates listed?

Answer

When you click on the resort tab in the travel section be sure to go to the bottom of the booking page. There you will find the room and extended stay (if desired) rates.
