One night reservations are not subject to a discount. Please note, check in time is 3:00 pm. While we try our best to accommodate early check-ins, we cannot guarantee rooms be ready prior to 3:00 pm. *Blue Water Manor has a fourteen day cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation you must provide notice of cancellation at least fourteen days prior to date of arrival to receive your deposit back. A service charge of $50 will be deducted from your deposit. If you should need to cancel your reservation inside the fourteen day period, you forfeit your one night deposit. There are no refunds for early departures.
