On a Whiteclaw filled Sunday Funday back in August 2019, Saravanan ran into his friend Tenia. Saravanan had previously asked Tenia if she had any cute friends and took this opportunity to follow up on his inquiry. She thought about it and said "OoOh! I think I have someone for you!" Meanwhile, Courtney was at home fighting off the Sunday scaries by binge watching a show a her friend, Tenia, had gotten her hooked on. The shows character went to a psychic to see if love was in her cards for her. Courtney sent out a text to her friends joking that maybe she should go to a psychic to see if love was in her future and as she pressed send, a text came in at the same time from.. Tenia!!! Tenia thought Courtney and Saravanan would be the perfect fit - and she was right! They went on their first date on Friday August 23rd, and despite Courtney being quite late for their first date, Saravanan waited since she was a "referral" and didn't regret it. Courtney and Saravanan spent the night drinking wine and when they closed down the bar they walked across the street for some mini donuts. He asked to see her again that Monday and again Wednesday and they have been pretty much inseparable ever since!
