Invitations will be sent out in January. After they've been mailed, we will make a tab titled "RSVP" available on the website, and you can submit RSVPs through there! This option won't be visible until we've sent out the invitations!
We have linked our Amazon and Target registries directly to our website registry page, so this means every gift on our registry will either be from Amazon or Target. Check the "Registry" tab where there is a detailed How-To on purchasing an item through our registry. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to us!
When you first enter the venue off of the main road, there will be two big pastures on either side of you, and all of it can be used for parking. There will be people guiding flow of traffic in the parking areas, so look out for them to help!
It is an outside venue, but both the ceremony and reception venues are covered, so you will not get soaked! Bring an umbrella for walking in between, though! There are sidewalks around the ceremony and reception, but the parking area is all grass, so if it rains heavily, stilettos are probably not your best option :)
We are trying to be intentional and considerate when it comes to invites while also trying to keep budget and privacy in mind. We have tried our hardest to include all significant others we are aware of into our guest count. We would love to add a date onto your RSVP if at all possible. If you would like to do this, please let us know!
In honor of a Hispanic tradition from Ryan’s side of the family, a “Dollar Dance” will be done. The “Dollar Dance” is a cultural tradition where guests offer the newlyweds cash in any dollar amount ($1, $5, $10, etc.) to dance with them. The bride and groom will choose a fun song or two and begin to dance. During these songs, a friend or family member will stand close to the dance floor holding straight pins. Guests will go, one by one, to the bride or groom and pin money to their clothes and dance with them for 30 seconds or until another guest approaches for a dance if they wish to participate. It is a custom way to help establish the young couple in their new life together and to show how much they are loved and appreciated. Bring some cash if you would like to love on the bride and groom in this unique, fun way!
