The ceremony will begin at 12 noon. Please plan to arrive by 11:30am. There will be coffee, fruit tea and water out before the ceremony begins. Please note there is a Titans game downtown at the same time as the ceremony. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the venue and seek alternate routes as needed.
The hotel blocks are located within a very short distance to the wedding venue, so you shouldn't need to park if you're staying there. For guests coming from further away, there is plenty of street parking near the venue, or you can park in a paid lot directly across the street from the venue.
Yes! All kids and babies are welcome the entire wedding weekend. We look forward to meeting some of the new little ones!
No. Both hotels we reserved blocks with are a very short distance from Estelle Nashville. If you are coming from an Airbnb or elsewhere, you'll have to Uber or park near the venue.
We ask that you don't use your phone at all during the short ceremony. Our wedding photographer will capture all the important moments! Plus the bride and groom will be ready for photos and videos during the reception.

Yes. The dress code for the wedding is garden party cocktail/semi-formal. For women: Long dresses, florals and vibrant colors encouraged. For men: Jacket or sport coat, with optional tie.
If the weather is cooperating, the ceremony will take place outdoors on a grass lawn. Please choose your attire and shoes accordingly. The reception will take place indoors but will include an outdoor courtyard area for the cocktail hour, weather dependent.
Yes. When filling out your RSVP, please indicate any food allergies for you or your guest. The brunch will be buffet-style and all dishes will have descriptions, which will include if it is gluten-free, vegan, etc.
Yes! All guests are invited to a Welcome Party dinner the night before the wedding, on Saturday, November 2nd from 5:30-8:00pm at Dicey's Nashville. Dinner and drinks will be provided.
No! BNA is a short 20 minute drive away from the city and from East Nashville. You should be fine to use rideshare options throughout the weekend.
