How do I RSVP?

Answer

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is dressy-casual. Men should wear a suit or dress shirt or polo with slacks. Women should wear dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits. We request no jeans!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked off a limited amount of rooms for our occasion. Please call and ask about the "Huntzinger/Dimoff Wedding" to get our group rate. Guaranteed check-in is at 3pm, but our agent is working hard to get all guests an early check-in around 2pm. Please note that the shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3:15pm to ensure an on-time arrival for the ceremony. Where do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place?

Answer

If Mother Nature allows, our ceremony will take place outdoors, with a mix of indoor and outdoor festivities for our cocktail hour and reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we'd like to have everyone celebrate our day with us, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Please refer to your invitation for guest details.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding, however we are only able to invite the children of our families. Please refer to your invitation for guest details.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue and hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be 1 pickup from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites prior to the ceremony, around 3:15pm. There will be 2 shuttles back to the hotel around 8:45pm and 10pm.

Can I take photos and videos at your wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures and videos during the ceremony. This is what we hired our fantastic photographer for. :) Besides this, please take as many photos and videos as you wish! Please be sure to share them with us!!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Please let us do the first official post on social media platforms. Afterwards, feel free. :)

Question

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

Osbornia Farm is smoke-free building, including the use of vapor/e-cigarettes. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated outdoor locations. If choosing to smoke, please discard of your trash properly.
