Getting to Key West:
If you do not want to drive or rent a car we recommend -
Flying into Ft Meyers and taking the Key West Express Ferry, $155-165 round trip.
Flying into MIA, use flixbus.com to purchase bus ticket, around $25 one way, 4 and a half hour trip.
Flying into FLL, use flixbus.com to purchase bus ticket, around $30 one way, 6 hour trip.
If you drive down please know that parking is not available at the venue, but there are plenty of paid lots nearby (around $50 for the day)
Street parking is limited and more expensive then the lots.
Hotels:
Old Town in Key West is very walkable to the event venues.
Ride share apps, public transportation, and bicycle rentals are available for guests who would like to stay in the Mid Town and New Town sections.
If you are going to stay on a nearby island, please allow yourself extra time to arrive to the venue. There is only one way onto Key West by road.

June to November is Hurricane Season, please consider travel insurance.
