Julia and I first met at Mercer. It wasn't until fate stepped in and made us roomies sophomore year that our friendship really began to blossom. From there, we became inseparable, doing anything and everything together, whether that was taking a road trip to D.C. or down the street for ice cream. She’s the friend who is always down for anything, the friend who graciously shares her closet with me, and the friend who will stay on the phone with me for hours on end, despite the time zone difference, just so I can tell her every minute detail of my day.

Abby and I first met freshman year of college. Immediately, she became one of my truest, dearest friends. To say we clicked is an understatement. Not only did we live together sophomore year, but she choose to live with me junior and senior year as well (bless her). Our friendship only continued to grow throughout those 3.5 years, and it continues to do so now despite being miles apart from one another. Both Abby and I are about to enter into a new exciting phase of life (Abby gets married a few short months after me!) and I am beyond bless to share these precious memories with her.

My high school best friend turned life-long bestie, Ashley has been there with me through it all. We used to pray and dream about getting married and starting our families way back then. I was lucky enough to stand beside her when she married the love of her life, and I couldn't imagine my own wedding day without her by my side. Here's to hoping our taste in colors, hair styles, and dress choices have significantly improved since planning my wedding almost 10 years ago!

Ashlan and I have been friends since elementary school. She is the friend who has been there for me literally forever. Despite going to different middle schools and only have one class together during high school, our friendship remained strong. She is the person I can always count on, whether it’s to talk, to eat, or to laugh. She is the friend who has been there since the beginning, the friend I couldn't imagine not having there forever.

Kalyn is the woman I have to thank for helping shape Mitchell into the man he is today. To say I am gaining her as a sister in September would be a lie, for she has already taken on this role. Mitchell and I have been together for almost 5 years now and from the day I first met Kalyn, she has gone out of her way to include me. Throughout the years, my friendship with her has grown and so has the role she has played in my life. Not only is she always there for me in both friend and sister capacity, but she has also blessed me with two incredible little nephews, all of which I am extremely thankful for.
